I began my search for a condo about 3 months ago by simply trolling the web and came upon a property that was listed by Waterfront Properties. I wanted to view the information so I completed the form online and that evening Karen Walsh called me. My immediate reaction was now I am going to be bombarded with information and phone calls etc. But that was not the case with Karen. We had a very nice conversation and I didn’t feel as though I was being interviewed and asked 20 questions- just sharing thoughts and ideas. From that day forward I knew I had the right agent for my search.
Karen has been such a pleasure to work with. I can’t say that I was the easiest client given some of my requests, flip flopping, and schedule constraints. But Karen took it all in stride and many times calmed me down and reassured me that the right place will come along. She never gave up even when I said at one point that I didn’t think I would find what I was looking for and considered suspending my search. She was patient and reassured me that the right property is out there and she continued to look for properties that she thought I would like. Then, the right property did come up on the market and Karen immediately went into action by setting up the appointment to see it the next day. We were the first ones in. She didn’t pressure me after seeing it but gave me honest advice and in her experience knew that this property wouldn’t be on the market for long. The next day we put in the contract. Karen continued to work tirelessly for me by creating the contract late at night and over the weekend to make sure that it got in before anyone else saw the property. She got the contract in and they accepted it. There were a few hurdles to overcome between the contract and close and at one point I was pretty upset and again Karen calmed me down. Patience, knowledge, responsiveness, and experience are qualities I look for in an agent and Karen has them all.
I believe that I found a true partnership when I contacted Waterfront Properties. You are very fortunate to have Karen in your employ.
